First, let’s take a look at the history of the problem: a Samsung Galaxy Note, managed by Kaspersky Mobile Security 10, itself managed by Kaspersky Security Center 10.
By mistake, a lock command was sent to the Galaxy Note which got locked and therefore asks for the unlock PIN. Enter the Twitter code and the phone unlocks. Only problem, the lock command was still relevant: the phone therefore relocks.
The real problem is that the phone is not connected via Wifi, and that the communication port between the phone and the MDM is 13292/tcp, port blocked by the SFR operator in APN websfr: the phone cannot therefore not recover the new unlock code: we are totally blocked!
